Hi, I’m Sujei

My name is easiest said (Sue-hey). 

My educational background is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with current areas of interest in emotional intelligence, positive psychology, life design and mindfulness.

I use neuroscience and evidence based approaches in my coaching process.

For over 20 years, I have helped individuals, teams and entire organizations reach their goals. I have worked with all levels of an organization from the front line to C-suite.

My global clients span from start-ups, manufacturing, tech, government, finance and more.

Why am I a coach?

I can tell you that, it was my interest in psychology and people that was sparked the moment I stepped into my first high school psych class that drew me here—which is true.

I can tell you that, while consulting I noticed that there were deeper issues in the relationships amongst people that were impacting the success of the enterprise and not just processes, resources or projects – which is true.

I can tell you that, I noticed EI was a critical skill not just for leaders but for everyone in how to better understand themselves & others and manage themselves and their relationships – which is true.

I can tell you that, I have seen my own life change by utilizing EI and profound changes in those of others I have worked with – which is true.

However, the core truth became clear one day.

I was not seen & heard as a child, (my emotions did not matter & were not welcomed) and I deeply understand the significance of being seen and heard.

Simply, I want to provide that for others so they can learn to listen to themselves and their true wishes and ultimately express them in the world.
